Sizzle Dining (restaurant week) is a 3-week long, annual, community-driven event that celebrates the culinary landscape in both Lee and Collier Counties by offering 3-course dinners and 2-course lunches at a discounted, set price. Held every September, the event includes 90+ of the best restaurants from Boca Grande down to Marco Island, and everywhere tasty in between! Showing support has never been so delicious!! Over the past three years, Sizzle Dining has helped 700+ Lee & Collier children have over 30,000 hunger-free weekends. #DineWithPurpose For every Sizzle Dining meal purchased during the three-week event, each participating restaurant will donate $1.00, directly to Blessings in a Backpack of Southwest Florida, a 501c3 charity that feeds local food-insecure elementary students every weekend during the school year. This year from September 5th through September 25th, each of the participating restaurants will offer a lavish 3-course prix fixe dinner menu for just $29, or $39, or $49, and some restaurants will also offer a sumptuous 2-course lunch for only $19 or $29. Our growing food scene has a lot to celebrate, and this event encourages people to leave their comfort zones and check out new-to-them restaurants. Sizzle Dining promotes local businesses and boosts our Southwest Florida economy by over $2 million every year! 2. With the increase in diners going out, every business that sells to the hospitality industry sees an increase in revenue! 4.
