Penn Towne Links on the Links

Proceeds from the Links on the Links Golf Outing fund programming for Methodist Services, a social service agency annually assisting 2,800 women and children who are looking to better their lives. While our goal is to offer event participants a day of sportsmanship and fun, our priority is to provide funding for an underserved and often ignored population in Philadelphia.

Your contribution will greatly impact our efforts to build child-centered initiatives, create opportunities for those struggling on limited incomes and provide appropriate and essential help to and for women and children who are working their way through adversity. Your assistance also helps finance the chapter’s scholarships for high school seniors that allows them to achieve their academic dreams.

The Links, Incorporated is an international, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1946. The membership consists of nearly 14,000 professional women of color in 283 chapters located in 41 states, the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. It is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of extraordinary women who are committed to enriching, sustaining and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry.
