Phase II of the Penn Avenue Streetscape Project is planned for 2025/2026 between Evaline and S. Graham Streets. This is a facade to facade reconstruction; more information about the project can be found here: https://engage.pittsburghpa.gov/penn-avenue-phase-2Affected businesses and residents are encouraged to attend the 2024 planning meetings to voice their questions and concerns regarding this project. The December 5th meeting is the last meeting in a series of 4 this year.
