Join the fun at Peninsula Art League’s 38th Summer Art Festival!
Discover the magic of creativity at the Summer Art Festival, where the PenMet Parks’ picturesque Sehmel Homestead Park sets the stage for a vibrant celebration of artistic expression. With up to 150 artists showcasing every imaginable medium — from painters and sculptors to photographers, potters, jewelry designers, glass and fiber artists, and authors — there's something to captivate every art lover's imagination.

Location: Sehmel Homestead Park 10123 78th Ave NW. Gig Harbor, WA
In addition to the incredible array of artwork, attendees can immerse themselves in the artistic spirit with:
· Art Show by Peninsula Art League: Explore the talent of local artists with a special showcase by Peninsula Art League members.
· Kids’ Corner and Playground: Engage young minds with creative activities and let them burn off energy in the expansive playground.
· Lively Music by DJIceMike: Groove to the beats of various genres spun by DJIceMike, who will also introduce you to talented local musicians performing live.
· Beer Garden: Savor the best of local brews from Gig Harbor Brewing and 7 Seas Brewing in the festival's beer garden.
· Delicious Food Options: Indulge your taste buds with culinary delights from Una’s Kettle Korn, Millville Pizza, Kona Ice, Pink Gorilla, BBQ2U, Harbor Haute Dogs and more!
· Kiwanis Community Food Drive: Please help those in need by dropping off a non- perishable food item at the Kiwanis Tent by the Pavilion!
· Free shuttles: Take advantage of the free shuttles from Gig Harbor High School 5101 Rosedale and Franciscan Medical Center 6401 Kimball Drive.
By joining us at the Summer Art Festival, you're not only immersing yourself in a world of creativity and culture but also contributing to a noble cause. Proceeds from the festival support:
· $12,000 in scholarships for art students from Gig Harbor, Peninsula, Henderson Bay, and South Kitsap County High Schools.
· Scholarships for Peninsula Art League members continuing their artistic learning.
· Funding for art shows, workshops, and educational programs benefiting Gig Harbor and surrounding area.
