Build a predator trap AND a penguin nesting box and learn about the ecosystems and habitats necessary for a thriving Kororā population in Whakaraupō. All tools & materials provided - Thanks Lyttelton Port Company and Predator Free Port Hills!
The Blake Foundation will be providing VR headsets for an immersive experience exploring the marine wildlife around New Zealand.
Sea Scouts will have a booth selling waterproof bags and picnic blankets made from old sails that were meant for the bin but are now being repurposed. All money raised will go to the Sea Scouts.
Yachting New Zealand created RUNA so that local schools/organizations could learn to sail in our club as well as any other clubs within New Zeland. The head of RUNA will have sailing modules for children, families, teachers, and the community to participate in.

"Guardians of Whakaraupō." We are arranging 12 speakers to present the work they have been doing around our Harbour. They include Ornithologists, Marine biologists, History enthusiasts, politicians, and conservationists. It will be a ticketed event, price TBD.
