Course 1:
Penelope Four Grain paired with andalusian style gazpacho with tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, shallots, garlic, sherry, smoked sea salt & olive oil
Course 2:
Penelope 100 Proof paired with slow roasted golden beets over arugula, burrata, candied walnuts, brown sugar reduction & black pepper
Course 3:
Penelope Architect paired with prime ribeye steak with french hearb butter & sea scallops in a lemon thyme cream sauce with truffle mashed potatoes & broccolini
Course 4:
Penelope Barrel Strength paired with warm chocolate brioche bread pudding with pecans, dried fruit & vanilla bean cream with sea salt
Dietary alterations are not accommodated for this event. The menu is subject to change at the chef's discretion. A deposit of $60 is required to purchase your ticket. Deposits are non-refundable. Final bill, including tax and 20% gratuity will be presented at the end of the dinner. (Gratuity will be on the full ticket cost which is $150)
