Your pelvic floor does a LOT: supporting your core, spine, hips, posture, breath, and nervous system. And yet, it’s one of the most misunderstood parts of the body. In this pelvic floor series, we’ll move beyond the idea that pelvic health is “just doing Kegels.” You’ll learn how to both strengthen and relax the pelvic floor, connect it to your breath and deep core, and understand how your hips, posture, and daily habits play a role in how supported you feel.Expect a blend of simple education, gentle yoga-based movement, breathwork, and practical tools you can immediately apply to real life. We’ll explore common concerns like leaking, pelvic pressure or heaviness, core weakness, tension, back or hip discomfort, and how stress impacts pelvic floor function — all in a safe, judgment-free space.
This series is perfect if you’re postpartum (recent or years out), navigating perimenopause, feeling disconnected from your core, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident in your body. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your pelvic floor, a few go-to exercises you can practice at home, and a renewed sense of connection to your body.
No experience needed. All bodies welcome. Come as you are — this is about learning, feeling, and finding your flow!
