Pelvic health is an area often overlooked in healthcare, despite its profound impact on an individual’s quality of life. From postpartum challenges to menopausal transitions, sexual issues and injury recovery, the pelvic floor plays a crucial role. Yet, many individuals find themselves misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or offered solutions that fail to address the root cause.
Commonly, pelvic floor therapy is believed to be painful to receive. This is not the case as pelvic floor therapy should never be painful. This course promotes caring, considerate and appropriate touch to facilitate health.
This is a 3-day course for Pelvic Health. Online course theory worth 1-day CPD and 2-days in-person experiential workshop.
