Pelvic health can look very different woman to woman. In this class we'll discuss the various pelvic limitations that may come up throughout womanhood and how to address them. Many times these limitations affect our interpersonal relationships which then affect our mental health, in this class we'll further expand your knowledge on these topics to help you better communicate your needs and further set healthy boundaries to make you feel safe and confident as you address them.

Doors open at 6:30 pm. The class begins at 7 pm.

About Your Facilitator: Meet Dr. Jennifer Santamaria, the visionary behind Femme Strong Physical Therapy, a unique practice dedicated to empowering women on their journey to reclaiming their well-being. Dr. Jennifer specializes in guiding women through the challenges of pelvic floor and orthopedic dysfunctions.

Dr. Jennifer earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. Her extensive career spans orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor and women's health, and pediatric care. Dr. Jennifer's commitment extends to women with varying physical abilities, and she ensures a trauma-informed practice to create a safe and comfortable space for all her clients. She integrates holistic and energetic approaches to guide women toward a harmonious, healthy life.

Beyond her fulfilling career, Dr. Jennifer relishes outdoor adventures, quality time with her furry companions, and exploring new horizons through travel.
