Jastine Sahota: I am a pelvic floor therapist and founder of Happy Pelvis & Yoga. I have been supporting people in the world of occupational therapy and yoga for over a decade. I am grateful to be in a position to help others and humbled whenever a client trusts me with their care. My approach to pelvic floor wellness is collaborative, and considers you as a whole person. Pelvic floor support includes: observations of physical and behavioral habits, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, corrective exercises, cupping, therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and downtraining of your nervous system. I specialize in the pregnancy/postpartum population, and also support babies through myofascial and craniosacral therapy. When I’m not working, you can find me at a park with my girls, a yoga class, or practicing the piano and teaching myself how to play the ukelele.
