Pelvic Floor Workshop for Birthworkers
Join us at Full Moon Birth and Family Wellness Center for an interactive workshop focused on pelvic floor health for birthworkers. Our goal is to create a space for education, collaboration, and mutual support around pelvic floor health in the perinatal period.
This workshop will be led by two of our expert pelvic floor physical therapists Taflyn Wilschinsky, PT, DPT and Jen Rawlins, PT, DPT—both of whom are not only specialists in perinatal rehab, but also mothers themselves. With years of clinical experience and lived perspective, they’ll guide participants through:
- Pelvic floor basics for labor, birth, and postpartum recovery
- How to recognize dysfunction and refer confidently
- Gentle hands-on practice, Q&A, and resource-sharing

[IMPORTANT] Directions & Parking
We are technically at 701 Mission St, but our entrance & parking-lot are off Chrystal Terrace. Our physical therapy office is located inside the Full Moon Family Wellness and Birth Center at the intersection of Mission Street and Chrystal Terrace. There is a parking lot behind the building you can access via Chrystal Terrace. Enter the building through the back door of the center (up a flight of stairs to the back porch)
