This workshop warmly welcomes women of all ages who may be experiencing bladder leakage, postpartum changes, or simply seeking to boost their pelvic floor health.

Led by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Kelley Urionaguena, it's a supportive space where we'll explore pelvic floor anatomy, learn effective pressure management techniques to reduce leakage, and engage in tailored exercises to address pelvic floor issues.

Kaia FIT Sierra is a women's fitness and nutrition program with four Reno-Sparks studios that are accessible to all our members, as well as online workout options. We focus on personalized training in a group atmosphere so that you find your hard and achieve your goals, while having fun and connecting with our community of supportive women. This workshop is part of our Kaia Cup BRIK boot camp, happening Sept. 9 through Oct 20.

Dr. Kelley Urionaguena is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with six years of experience, specializing in women's health and orthopedics. As the founder of Sparks Mobile Physical Therapy, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey following her own transformative experiences during pregnancy and postpartum. Driven by her observation of the deficiencies in women's health education and resources, she set out to make a difference. To enhance the range of care she offers, Dr. Kelley has earned a special certification in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism. This qualification helps women achieve balance with exercise while addressing pelvic floor and core issues. Furthermore, Dr. Kelley is now Level 1 certified in internal pelvic floor examination, enabling her to support women experiencing symptoms of prolapse and urinary incontinence. Ultimately, Dr. Kelley's goal is to help busy moms feel capable, strong, and confident in their bodies by delivering hands-on, individualized care at a location of convenience.
