We’ll learn how to properly breathe and engage our pelvic muscles and core during stretching, abs, strength, and cardio exercises.
🎯We’ll explore some of the most common lifts and gymnastic movements to see where to brace and where to breathe in order to empower our performances while safely protecting this delicate part of our bodies.
