Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop with FIXXED at Love at First Sight!
Join us for a special Pelvic Floor Workshop with Fixxed at Love at First Sight - Amesbury! This 90 minute workshop will discuss all things pelvic floor health led by Fixxed pelvic floor L/PTA and E-RYT 200 Kris Minear. We'll cover the anatomy of the pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum fitness considerations, and strategies to start taking better care of your pelvic floor today. Workshop will include a 15 minute pelvic floor focused yoga flow, so bring a yoga mat and water and get ready to learn and move!
Whether you're currently experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, are pregnant or postpartum, or are looking to get back into running and movement safely, then this workshop is for you!
