All participants to the bicycles’ and motorbikes’ pilgrimage organised by the Żabbar Parish on the 7th and 14th of September 2025, shall be doing so on the tacit understanding that any and all damages and responsibilities resulting from any and all incidents occurring or arising by/to them from their participation in the event shall be solely borne by themselves and that they agree not to hold responsible the organisational committee of the event and/or the Parish of Our Lady of Graces in Żabbar and/or the Archdiocese of Malta and/or any other responsible party to any incidents arising and/or occurring to them. This notice also applies to parents and legal guardians to any minors participating in the event.Il-pateċipanti fil-Pellegrinaġġ tar-roti u muturi organizzat mill-Parroċċa ta’ Ħaż-Żabbar li ser isir fis-7 u l-14 ta’ Settembru 2025, jaqblu b’mod awtomatiku li bil-parteċipazzjoni tagħhom fl-imsemmi pellegrinaġġ, huma ser iġorru kull responsabbilita’ ta’ inċidenti li jistgħu iseħħu minnhom jew lilhom fit-tali attivita’ u li jaqblu li mhux ser jgħaddu r-responsabbilita’ ta’ kwalunkwe inċident li jistgħu ikunu involuti fiħ, fuq il-kumitat organizzattiv tal-pellegrinaġġ u/jew fuq il-Parroċċa tal-Madonna tal-Grazzji ta’ Ħaż-Żabbar u/jew fuq l-Arċidjoċesi ta’ Malta u/jew kwalunkwe entita’ oħra. Il-ġenituri u/jew kuraturi ta’ minuri li ser jipparteċipaw fl-attivita’, jaqblu li l-minuri li huma stess responsabbli tagħhom u jew f’isimhom bħala ġenituri u/jew kuraturi ma jżommux resposabbli l-ebda entita’ hawn fuq imsemmija.
