Terms and Conditions
1. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Although children can join, this tour is not designed for young children, we recommend that this event is suitable for children eight years and older.
2. If the weather deteriorates, we reserve the right to cancel the event. A full refund will be given.
3. Participants are expected to be respectful of the environment and follow the safety rules given.
4. A full refund will be given for tour cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time.
5. No refund will be given for tour cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the tour.
6. No refund will be given to late arrivals and no-shows.
7. No refund will be given if bats are not detected, please note we cannot guarantee bat sightings.
8. This tour involves a moderate amount of walking, comfortable shoes are required.
9. This tour does not take place in the Enclosed Gardens and tickets do not entitle the holder to entry to the Enclosed Gardens.
