Dr Judith Holden is a Coach, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with more than 25 years experience, and the Director of Seren Bay Limited. Join her for a productive coaching walk, in facilitated pairs, focused on generating an action plan for whatever professional or personal goal you would like to focus on. Perhaps you have a decision to make, an opportunity to pursue, or a change you are implementing?
