Case Conferencing

Info: Case Conferencing is a group collective meeting that occurs in regular intervals to review every individual and family experiencing homelessness in the county. During Case Conferencing, the group discusses next steps for housing options for each name on the By Names List, as well as other potential resources that can support the person or family in moving forward towards stability.
Getting and Keeping People Housed

Info: Learn how to build strong landlord relationships by addressing rental histories with a positive narrative, and navigating the rental landscape with the right resources.
How to Use Housing Authority Programming

Info: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various Housing Authority programs and how each program serves different populations with specific housing needs. Learners will be able to explain the full lifecycle of the application and eligibility process, from waitlist openings and applicant selection to income verification, housing inspections, and ongoing compliance requirements.
