Skills needed: slip knot, chain, and single crochet are the stitches REQUIRED to attend this workshop.
Specialty classes are not meant for first-time crocheters. If you do not know how to crochet yet, please consider signing up for one of our beginners' lessons or mastering the required stitches on your own.
Come to Oktober's in Lakewood on Sunday, March 30th, from 2-4 pm for a full tutorial on this adorable and classic Easter bunny peep! We did this workshop last year, and it was definitely a favorite. This bunny is made with plush yarn (Premier Parfait Chunky), in the classic peep colors, all in one go! There is no sewing required! I truly enjoyed teach this and making them. I know you will too!
$30 per person covers guided lessons, refreshments, and ALL materials needed. You will take your entire ball of yarn home in whatever color you've chosen so you can make more!
Feel free to bring your own hooks (5.0 mm), but we prefer you use our yarn to be sure it is appropriate weight and type for the project.
All class attendees will receive 10% off merchandise at the shop on the day of class.
Oktober's is located at 12611 Madison Ave. We will be using the beautiful event space connected to the shop. You may use the separate entrance at 12607 Madison Ave if you'd like. There will be signage and friendly people to greet you. There is ample parking on the eastern side and back parking lots. All Lakewood parking meters are free on weekends and after 6 pm on weekdays as well.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your booking any time through Signup Genius by revisiting the sign-up page and sending a message to the host letting me know you cannot make it, or by emailing Jessica at [email protected]. The lesson fee is refundable if you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. I will be able to refund your money directly to your card. It may take up to 3 days to process the funds, depending on your bank.
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
