Chronic Illness diagnoses are becoming more and more common, and often take us by surprise. “But I feel fine!” The truth is that our bodies give us a great deal of warning leading up to our acute symptoms. By knowing what to look for, and employing a few simple tests, we can track these subtle changes and catch dis-ease before it becomes truly concerning.This workshop will consist of an educational portion where we discuss the benefits of tracking body chemistry through urine and saliva testing. Each participant will then submit samples which reveal information about digestion, potential organ stress, pH/salt/carbohydrate levels, and much more. Some information will be available right away. Detailed feedback with charts and suggestions for balancing your body chemistry will be emailed the following week after a proper analysis.
$75 per person. Space is VERY limited.
This class will take approximately 1 hour.
