PedalRetro is a journey into our shared cycling history. Join us to relive and celebrate a time when not just the bikes, but our roads, cycle clothing and day-to-day life seemed so much simpler! Any pre-2000 bike is welcome to join us and we eagerly encourage you to find some woolly tights and jerseys and come prepared to impress your peers with your sartorial cycling elegance to match your PedalRetro machine.
Choose a ride from 25-100 miles or just rock-up in our PedalRetro s”Noggin & Natter” parking area alongside the finish line, unload your pride and joy and proudly display your bikes, kit and memorabilia and help us relive the golden era of cycling.
Whether you are into 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or 90s or favour classic Italian bikes over hand-built bespoke British creations we hope to have a huge selection of bikes, riders and memorabilia to share with you in a celebration of cycling through the ages. Whether you choose to ride, ride and show or just show you will be very welcome – and we can’t wait to see what you bring!
