These 30 minute intro classes are for individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. The Pedaling for Parkinson's program is informed by research demonstrating that consistent, high-cadence cycling can help reduce symptoms of Parkinson's. During these 30 minute intros you will learn more about the new program at Howell Recreation and have an opportunity to experience a short ride on our indoor stationary bikes. These classes are adaptable to various abilities and ages. Caregivers are welcome to attend! These pop-up sessions are FREE but registration is required as spots are limited.
