This bike ride is ideal for new and seasoned cyclists of all kinds who want to learn how to care for their bodies, to ride longer without pain and with better recovery. This ride is co-led by a physical therapist and a flexibility coach who both are avid bike and body people! Learn how to care for your body with cycling BEFORE and overuse injury begins.
We will do some group dynamic stretching and proper warm-up prior to our beginner friendly ride around the neighborhood. During the ride we will talk about proper cycling form, bike fitting, and ways to vary your pedal stroke to accommodate different muscular imbalances. At the finish, we will go over post-ride stretches for better recovery.
