They served two essential ingredients to their Guests, warm welcomes and smoked meats. Their delicious, alder smoked, slow roasted, beef and pork soon became legendary. Their addicting, slow cooked sandwiches, piled with juicy meat and mouthwatering sauce became wildly acclaimed.
