This exclusive April evening features a four-course menu crafted by our very own Executive Chef Bobby McFarland perfectly paired with exceptional wines from Peay Vineyards. Guiding us through the pairings is Brooke Sabel Peay’s National Sales & Marketing Director whose passion for wine has taken her across the world. With over 24 years of experience Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge and stories to the table making this an experience you won’t want to miss.

Selected Peay Vineyard Dinner Wines:
1 - Peay Estate Viognier 2022 | 100% Barrel fermented in 60 gallon barriques. Aged in 100% neutral oak barrels.
2 - Peay CEP Hopkins Ranch Russian River Rose 2024 | Whole cluster pressed tank fermented no malolactic fermentation.
3 - Peay Pomarium Estate Pinot Noir 2022 | 13 clones of Pinot Noir are picked from 25 different blocks. Each are vinified separately and then blended to make it’s own cuvée.
4 - Peay CEP West Sonoma Coast Estate Syrah 2020 | 100% de-stemmed and aged on lees for 15 months in 100% old French oak barrels.
