About this Event

Founded in 1996, Peay Vineyards is a first-generation family winery. Husband-and-wife team Nick Peay and Vanessa Wong oversee grape growing and winemaking, while Nick's brother, Andy Peay, manages sales and business operations. They planted the first 30 acres of their 54-acre vineyard in 1998, adding more vines in 2001 and 2008. Their first vintage was in 2002. Today, they produce estate-only pinot noir, syrah, chardonnay, viognier, and roussanne/marsanne, using most of their fruit for their own wines while also supplying a select group of premier wineries.

Located just four miles from the Pacific Ocean, Peay Vineyards sits on a ridge above a river gorge in the northwestern Sonoma Coast. The vineyards benefit from the cool inversion layer and ancient marine soils, which together give their wines a distinctive elegance.
