Join Blossom for a playful and thoughtfully designed yoga workshop that blends movement, learning and exploration. This session is designed to help you build confidence in your practice to be able to approach the two more complex poses Forearm Stand and Headstand. We will focus on combining three essential elements:-Flow Class: Start with a warm up to prepare your body and mind for the session. We'll move with intention, building heat and mobility to set the foundation for our peak pose.
-Peak Pose Progression: Learn step-by-step progressions toward inversions. We will break down into poses into approachable stages, focusing on technique, alignment and strength-building.
-Play Time and Practice: You'll have time to explore and refine what you've learned in a supportive space. Work on your peak pose, revisit what feels challenging and receive hands-on guidance and assists from Blossom.
This workshop is about curiosity and growing your practice - not perfection. No pressure, just exploration, fun, and support. Come ready to challenge yourself and enjoy the process.
