Stoneware is fired significantly hotter than our low fire pottery. This makes the stoneware totally vitrified and non-porous. Stoneware is safe for the microwave, oven and even the freezer! But as beautiful as it is, you may want to keep it in a showcase!

When you arrive, we'll go over the process and how to do the technique as well as printouts for you to follow. Of course, you're free to paint your bowl however you wish!
