1st: peach wine slushie made with 2022 viognier
2nd: peach panzanella salad with peaches, heirloom tomatoes, spices, basil, & bread paired with 2022 dry rose of st. vincent
3rd: peach pomodoro sauce over pasta with calabrian pepper paired with 2022 shiraz
4th: smoked leg of lamb with peach compote paired with 2022 duet (a field blended cofermentation of shiraz and viognier)
5th: grilled peaches with ice cream and honey drizzle paired with 2022 riesling
