She is suing the City of Pueblo, County of Pueblo and recalling Pueblo County District Attorney Kala Beauvais, piercing her immunity by demonstrating a pattern and practice of violating the civil rights of Puebloans. The City of Pueblo declined to issue a permit for No Kings Oct 18 as a result of this arrest and lawsuit.
