The Peaceful Planning Project Seminar aspires to bring together professionals across several industries to educate, empower, and inspire individuals and families to make a plan. Encouraging them to take the steps to support a transition through different living situations as well as to the end of life with grace, dignity, and compassion.
This seminar creates a space where Houstonians and their families can come together, connect with caretakers and service providers, gather the resources necessary to make the best decisions for themselves, and take concrete steps in planning a beautiful, easy transition.
