Peaceful Pause — Group Ear Acupuncture for Wellbeing

Overview:

This 1.5-hour session will offer participants a gentle, restorative introduction to auricular (ear) acupuncture, using the NADA 5-point protocol. Participants will sit comfortably in a quiet group setting while fine, sterile needles are placed in the ears, promoting relaxation, balance, and emotional wellbeing.

Session Format (1.5 hours):

Welcome, safety & brief introduction to auricular acupuncture (15–20 mins)
Group intention setting and acupuncture treatment using NADA protocol (35–40 mins)
Gentle closure, reflection and herbal tea (15–20 mins)

All needles are single-use and sterile, and the session is fully safe for participants alongside their medical treatments.
