This session came to me following 2-3 weeks of constantly seeing 1:11, 11:11 and 111 everywhere I looked. Repeating numbers are believed to carry meaning and significance and, whilst you can find many meanings for such repeating numbers, repeating 1s are most often seen to be the number of:
- coming into alignment with your true self/higher self/purpose
- new beginnings
- taking action or a new direction
- paying attention to one's health and well-being
- good luck, good fortune and dreams coming true
You'll even see 111 reflected in the date of the session:
21-11-2024!
So, with this in mind, we will use this session to come into alignment: to take our position directly between heaven and earth and connect with our current purpose and/or goal or dream.
We will use breath and chanting to come into the body and connect with the voice - the vibration that allows us to express ourselves through words, choices and actions in the earthly realm. We will ground our energies directly to the earth and the heavens using a sacred simple movement and breathing practice. And we will sit or lie in meditation to align and connect with both heaven and earth energies and meet with our higher self in those moments of pause and connection to help us take any required action that enables us to live out our dream, goal or purpose of the moment.
We will have the opportunity to share our experiences and commit to any actions, new beginnings or practices that help us carry forward the energies from our practice into our real lives.
