The Peaceful Soul runs regular classes, courses, healing events & workshops most Thursdays during the year. This is the first offering for the autumn season and there are likely to be more in the weeks ahead so do keep an eye on this page for more details.The focus for this session is entering a state of relaxation, calm and peace such that we can allow ourselves to feel connected: a connection of mind, body & spirit; a connection to who we are, our sense of being and purpose at this time in our lives; our connection to each other in our community and in sharing these practices; our sense of connection to the season of autumn and what that means for us mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually.
We will use very simple, but effective movement meditation practices, a breathing practice and guided relaxation and/or visualisation, drawing on associations to the way nature experiences autumn, to help us meet with that calm state of being.
There is always an element of flexibility within these sessions to suit those who come and how they find themselves on the day. Sessions are equally adapted to those in attendance, whether you have lots of experience of meditation and/or breathing and energy healing techniques or whether you have never done anything of the sort before.
These sessions are interactive & sociable as well as relaxing, spiritual and empowering so they bring a beautiful and wholesome sense of nourishment of the soul so please know you are welcome.
