Join Jessica and Julie at Soul Strong Yoga for Peaceful Intentions: Sound Bath & Creative Mini Retreat, a nourishing 2.5-hour experience designed to soothe your nervous system and awaken your inner calm through sound healing, mindful movement, and heart-centered creativity.
A Multi-Layered Mini Retreat
Your retreat begins with gentle, accessible movement to release tension from the body and prepare for deep relaxation. You’ll then be guided through a centering meditation to quiet the mind and create space for presence.
From there, sink into the deeply restorative vibrations of a peaceful sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other calming instruments. These soothing frequencies invite balance, release stress, and bring you back to a state of harmony.
Creative Rituals of Intention
After the sound healing experience, we’ll gather in community for a mindful crafting ritual. You’ll create:
✨ Lavender satchels to carry home calming energy and gentle aromatherapy.
✨ DIY affirmation cards that you can color and design to reflect the peaceful intentions you wish to hold through the season ahead.
This creative practice becomes a tangible reminder of the calm, clarity, and connection you cultivate during the retreat.
