Meditation helps ground us in a sense of inner peace, but it also opens us to an embodied experience of the profound interconnectedness that weaves all of life together. Join us, whether you are new to meditation or a dedicated practitioner, for guided practices that awaken, nourish, and foster inner and outer peace. All are welcome.
