Come join us for free yoga and meditation at the Capitol! Let's unite together to create peace in ourselves, with each other, and out into the world. This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-hearted individuals and find peace and strength within yourself and your community. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to meditation, all are welcome to participate.
