6pm - Walking Meditation with SUNI Wellness
Join Suni in a meditation that centres you into your body and to be present in the moment.
6.30pm - Sound bath on the beach with Soul Significance
Enjoy a relaxing sound bath with Becky on the Crystal Singing Bowls.
7pm - Meaningful Talks with Craig Moore
Open the mind to access your own innate wisdom.

There is plenty of parking along Wynnum Esplanade
Come early to save your spot.
BRING:
Mat to lay on, blankets, cushion, water, good intentions.
