About this Event
Join us for "Peace on Earth: Songs and Stories of the Season" on December 1st (St. Paul’s Anglican 2:30 PM) and 6th (Carrefour de l'Isle St. Jean 7PM), an enchanting community choral concert that celebrates peace, joy, and kindness in a world often overshadowed by strife. This evening will transport you through a varied tapestry of sound, featuring sacred Christmas carols reimagined, classic stories and poems, and heartwarming secular songs that evoke the beauty of winter and the timeless tradition of door-to-door caroling.
This Christmas we are thrilled to be sharing the stage with students from Prince Street Elementary on Dec 1st. A portion of EVERY ticket sold (for both dates) will go directly to their school music program.
Adding to the program will be a vibrant brass ensemble, organist, and pianist Leo Marchildon, rousing southern fiddle, along with several special guest vocalists. Be part of spreading warmth and goodwill throughout our community!
