About this Event
Join Us for 2026 Year of the Horse Zen-Inspired New Year Meditation Retreat
Purpose of the Event
Welcome to a sanctuary for stillness, presence, and transformation during the Lunar New Year. This retreat is designed to:
- Provide True Rest: Offer a "vacation" to release accumulated stress through meditation and living in nature, addressing physical and mental exhaustion.
- Deepen Connection: Facilitate non-electronic shared experiences to promote deeper communication and emotional connection among members.
- Restore Meaning: Reconstruct the cultural significance of the Spring Festival—"getting rid of the old and welcoming the new"—providing a ritualistic experience beyond social obligations.
- Inspire Growth: Guide participants in annual reviews and new year planning to gain a clear sense of direction for the year ahead.
