We're thrilled to kick off another year of dance with a very special event–– our 2nd Annual Peace Movement in the beautiful Rotunda of the Utah State Capitol!This joyful opportunity to move with peace and for peace, is open to everyone, and free of charge, so spread the word, bring a friend and help us fill the Capitol with the powerful medicine of movement during the legislative session. Let's rock the Rotunda!
Peace Movement - Full Moon Dance

Bring your prayers, hopes, and whole-hearted intentions as we gather in the very heart of our state’s decision-making. May our dance send healing ripples through the Capitol and beyond.
Hosted by Donda Hartsfield, a lover of dance, nature, herbalism, and flower essences. She felt inspired to host this special dance again. Thanks Donda!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
There are a few rules.
• No food or drinks are allowed (except bottled water)
• Our access to the space is strictly limited to this time frame so please allow extra time to park and get into the Rotunda
WHERE: Utah State Capitol Rotunda
• Free parking is available on the street, in the east lot, or southeast lot.
• Enter through the east doors (near the lion statues), go up the stairs to the right, and enter the main open rotunda space.
WHO: This movement event is for everyone. Please spread the word, we'd love to share this unique opportunity and have a lot of dancers in that big, beautiful space.
MUSIC: Earthy, global beats
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Hearing-safe volume levels of music
• No prior experience needed—newcomers welcome!
• Light facilitation, with plenty of time for free-form dance
• Silent movement space—please honor the flow of the experience
WHAT TO BRING:
• A water bottle (with water only)––refilling stations available
• Let us know if you'll need a chair and we'll figure out a way to pack it in
WHAT TO WEAR: Express yourself!
COST:
This is a free speech event, and access to the Capitol space is granted for free public events. Again, spread the word and bring a friend!
