As he surrenders every moment of his life, he is learning lessons around boundaries, self-regulation, intimacy, abundance, Oneness, and many more things. He loves to share his stories and facilitate somatic exercises with the collective conscious to inspire others as they go about this crazy journey called “life.”

Lindsey : Facilitator, Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer

Lindsey is a 200 HR RYT and Sound Healer. She received her certification back in the Winter of 2017. Since then Lindsey has taught yoga all over the United States and to all walks of life. While Lindsey does teach in Yoga studios and Yoga Shalas she has always found a purpose in bringing yoga and meditation to those who can't usually access that. From teaching at recovery centers, therapeutic boarding schools and even to adults with disabilities, Lindsey has done it all.

Sound has always played a huge part in Lindsey's life and has grown; from being a dancer to being the one who supplies the sound. The gift of working with sound has been a dream come true to show people how sound can benefit them.

She focuses on facilitating safe spaces for all to focus on their energy and light within. Join Lindsey in Yoga and Sound Healing throughout the weekend.

Lindsey also has her BA in Fashion Design and continues to do Art and Design throughout her life. She looks forward to using her artistic gifts with you all during crafts throughout the weekend and curating a magical experience with you all.

She resides back in her hometown of Jupiter Florida and will be bringing the calm beach vibes all the way to Knoxville, Maryland!

Giselle: Facilitator, Sound Healer, Somatic Rewilding Embodiment Coach and Confidence Coach

Giselle is a trauma-informed multidisciplinary artist, facilitator and coach who excels at holding space where creativity and wellness meet. As someone who has CPTSD, Giselle has avidly explored many modalities and philosophies to find the right blend that could heal her and transform her life. Now that she has achieved this, she seeks to share her succes ful methods with others. Compassion and Authenticity are two principles which guide everything that she does. She is struck by the radical accessibility of art and mindfulness as tools for post-traumatic growth.

In her own words: " Underlying everything I do is this core philosophy: When it comes to human beings, there is no such thing as Enough or Not Enough. Instead, we are Whole and Complete, Present and Grounded, and Happy, should we choose to be."
