Nestled among the towering ponderosa pines at Showers Point on Mount Lemmon Site #2, this nourishing yoga practice invites you to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself in nature. The gentle rustling of the trees, the crisp mountain air, and the sun's warmth creates the perfect setting to find balance and restoration. This practice is designed to be grounding and revitalizing, offering a space to slow down, release tension, and realign with your body and breath.
Expect a nourishing and accessible 1-hour yoga flow led by Katie, designed to build heat, explore balance, and stretch and tone the body. Optional blocks will be available to support your practice, and as always, modifications are encouraged—listen to your body and let your breath guide you. Enjoy an extended savasana, allowing the stillness of the forest to deepen your relaxation. After practice, stay and mingle in community if you wish. We’ll wrap up with plenty of time to explore the local businesses on Mount Lemmon or continue on with your day feeling refreshed and restored.
This is a safe, inclusive gathering where all are welcome, whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time.
