About this Event
Allow soothing vibrational frequencies to melt tension, slow your thoughts, and help you anchor back into your inner calm.
This session is designed to help you feel peaceful, present, and grounded—right when you need it most.
Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
