Smartmouth has supported Bhav Brigade for years, providing us with a space where movement, breath, and community can come together every month. 💛
Whether you’ve been practicing with us forever or you’ve never rolled out a mat with Bhav yet, you are welcome. Come move, breathe, and share this practice with us.
