A relaxing one hour session led by UK Psychotherapist Chrissie Katz, upstairs in the Earth House. Followed by an opportunity to make friends and enjoy delicious food and drinks in the downstairs area around 5pm.
This is a donation based event and all female identifying individuals are welcome.
The hour session will include a guided relaxation to help you into a calm state and reconnect with yourself, and experience a little bit of peace within the chaos of Bangkok. There will be an opportunity to share your peaceful visualisation if you choose (and if time allows) or just bask in listening to others as they pull us with them on their relaxing journey.

I will be providing ❤️Red wrist bands for those of you who do not wish to confide in others at this time or do not have space to hold others,
💛Yellow wristbands if you are willing to support and listen to other people without sharing about yourself, and wear a
💚Green wristband if you’re happy to talk about anything for now.
