An 8-week course – Peace and Power: Tai Chi for WomenStarting Tuesday 1st October at 7:30pm at the Lyppard Hub.
We’ll meet weekly through October, then shift to fortnightly in November and December as the holiday season begins to gather pace.
Together we’ll explore the 8 Strands of Silk Brocade, moving with ease and strength, and finding balance as the seasons change.
