Join us for an unforgettable two-day driving experience through the stunning landscapes of Wales!
Day 1: Wednesday, 16th July
We’ll start the day with a breakfast meet at the iconic Ponderosa Café in North Wales. After breakfast, there will be a drivers’ briefing where you’ll receive your detailed run pack, complete with maps and directions for the day ahead.
The adventure begins with a breathtaking drive along single-track mountain roads through the Snowdonia National Park, eventually leading us into the heart of Wales.
Morning Pit Stop: A scenic break at Lake Bala.
Lunch Stop: Enjoy the incredible views of the Mach Loop, a favorite for aviation enthusiasts.
In the afternoon, we’ll cruise down the picturesque west coast before stopping at Devil’s Bridge for refreshments. The drive continues as we take the spectacular mountain roads into the Elan Valley.
Before arriving at the hotel, we’ll refuel the cars so we’re ready for the next day.
We’ll spend the night in the charming Victorian spa town of Llandrindod Wells, staying at a local spa hotel designed to cater to large groups. After a late check-in, drop your bags in your room and head to the bar to unwind with the group. The evening will conclude with a group meal to cap off the day.
Day 2: Thursday, 17th July
After a hearty breakfast, we’ll set off on another incredible drive. Today’s routes will take us over the military roads in Brecon, offering more stunning views.
Morning Stop: Indulge in cake and coffee at the Owls Nest Tea Room.
Final Scenic Drive: A memorable journey over the Black Mountains in South Wales, where the tour will conclude.
