PCOS Awareness Walk – Sunday 14th September 🩵👟☕️ We’re so excited to invite you to join us for our very first PCOS Jersey awareness walk! ✨
📍 Where: Meet at the Freedom Tree (Waterfront)
🕑 When: Sunday 14th September – please arrive at 2:50pm, ready to set off at 3pm
🚶♀️ Route: Freedom Tree → Lookout Café → back again (approx. 1 hour, depending on pace)
☕ After: Join us for a coffee at Cooper’s if you’d like to continue the conversation 💬
💙 Dress code: Wear blue to show your support for PCOS awareness!
This event is part of PCOS Awareness Month and also marks the official launch of PCOS Jersey a community dedicated to raising awareness and supporting those affected by PCOS here on the island.
💬 This is a chance for PCOS sisters to come together, to meet, chat, bond, and share tips, tricks, and experiences. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, navigating symptoms, or simply looking for support, you’ll be among people who truly understand.
Everyone is welcome whether you’re living with PCOS, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more and show solidarity.
