About this Event
The Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement’s is the only program of its kind that focuses on the legal and regulatory frameworks that impact governance and board responsibilities and liability.
This program provides an opportunity for directors and C-suite executives of publicly-held and privately-held companies to engage with CEOs, government officials, scholars and other directors for off-the-record conversations about new issues and evolving views relating to: legal and business risks, AI, cybersecurity, DEI, climate change, new directions in government enforcement and governance issues, including CEO succession planning, effective board meetings, and shareholder activism.
Cost includes:
- CLE credits for newly admitted and experienced attorneys
- 13 total NACD recertification credits (varies depending on total days of attendance)
- PCCE Directors’ Certificate of Completion for each day attended
- Attendees who hold a privacy certification from IAPP may self-apply for CPE credits for attending the cybersecurity and AI-related sessions at the Directors’ Academy
- Continental breakfast, catered lunches both days, networking sessions, a keynote dinner on October 31st, and a reception on November 1st.
